These Terms govern use of the Supplier Catalog application associated with Swastik Associate.
By using Supplier Catalog, users agree to use the application responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
1. Purpose of the application
Supplier Catalog is provided as a tool for managing supplier and product catalogue information.
Features may include product photography, supplier management, pricing information, catalogue generation, file exports, backups, and optional Google Drive exports.
2. User-provided information
Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, and permitted use of information they enter or store in Supplier Catalog.
This includes:
- supplier information
- contact information
- product photographs
- product descriptions
- prices
- brand information
- social-media and website links
Users should not store or distribute information they do not have the right to use.
3. Product and pricing information
Supplier Catalog provides tools for recording and calculating product-related information such as wholesale prices, selling prices, MRP, GST, profit, markup, and margin.
These features are organizational/calculation tools and do not constitute financial, accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice.
Users are responsible for verifying business, tax, marketplace, and pricing requirements applicable to them.
4. Google Drive
Google Drive integration is optional and user initiated.
Supplier Catalog may use the limited Google Drive drive.file permission to create and manage application-related files and folders.
Availability of Google Drive depends on Google's services, the user's Google account, internet connectivity, authorization status, quotas, and Google policies.
Swastik Associate is not responsible for outages or changes to third-party services.
5. External services
Supplier Catalog may open external applications or websites including Google Drive, Google Maps, WhatsApp, websites, social-media services, and the Android phone dialer.
Use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
6. Backups and data loss
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important catalogue information.
Although Supplier Catalog provides backup/export functions, no software or storage system can guarantee against all forms of data loss, corruption, device failure, user error, or third-party service interruption.
7. Intellectual property
The Supplier Catalog application, its original software, branding, layout, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party trademarks, logos, fonts, icons, libraries, and services remain the property of their respective owners and are used subject to their applicable licenses or terms.
8. Acceptable use
Users must not use Supplier Catalog to:
- violate applicable laws
- distribute unlawful content
- infringe intellectual-property rights
- attempt unauthorized access to Google services or other systems
- interfere with the application's security or operation
9. Availability and changes
Features may be updated, modified, added, or removed as Supplier Catalog evolves.
Availability of third-party integrations may change when external providers change their APIs, policies, or services.
10. Disclaimer
Supplier Catalog is provided as a productivity and catalogue-management tool.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Swastik Associate does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every external service will always remain available.
